Education is a fundamental right for every individual, without exception. This right is guaranteed by various international and national legal instruments, including the Convention on the Rights of Persons with and Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities in Indonesia. However, reality shows that people with disabilities still face various obstacles in accessing quality and inclusive education. Discrimination, stigma, lack of adequate facilities, and lack of public understanding and awareness of the needs of people with disabilities are major challenges. As a result, many people with disabilities do not get the opportunity to develop their potential optimally, which can ultimately hinder their participation in social, economic, and political life.Downloads
